Bill Bastian, DACM, L.Ac will guide us in a modern exploration of how simple, intentional breathing can open the same gateways once accessed by mystics and shamans. Guided by ancient practices and grounded in modern understanding, this presentation teaches you to enter non-ordinary states of consciousness naturally -- a non-substance related experience into non-ordinary states of consciousness!
Bill explains that "Breath-work can involve sustained deep breathing and that hypnosis and/or
breath-work is intended to be a spiritual practice rather than therapy of any sort."
This will be a participatory experience. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and eye mask (if you'd like). You will be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate at the time of the gathering.
